2.lipas gutom.
3.ligo/hilamos tapos ng maghapon pag gawa.
4.inom para marelax sa maghapon paggawa.
5.walang mask habang nagawa.
6. Palaging Nagpupuyat.
7.Walang Ipon!!

ganyan ako dati... pero nuon na hospital ako dahil sa stress sa work lipas gutom minsan...kaya binago kuna lifestyle ko ngyn...pagkatapos ng work diretyo na bahay pahinga na lng habang na nu2od ng tv kasama mga anak ko,,,

e bakit ako kahit lipas gutom medyo jabi parin ako hahaha

pero minsan rin akong umiinom sa isang buwan bale 4 na beses kapag my tsk

sa ipon wala ako niyan nilalagay ko sa ipon ng anak ko para paglaki siya ang gumastos saakin

walang mask kapag nagawa talgang wala akong mask kahit

hard ware lalo na kapag nag hahardware ako lagig sa hardware ako

.......

puyat lagi ako sa puyat kaso malinaw parin mata ko .... at laging akong puyat

At salamat sa iyong payo

ito po ay nagising ang aking isip at utak at kaluluwa

Health first bago kasiyahan......

habang wala ka pang sakit iwas sakit

maliit na nga lang sahod magkasakit pa tayo wala rin
